You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Optiveon LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Travis County, Texas.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
